Since 2018, they’ve been traveling across North America, performing over 700 shows in 49 states and western Canada. Their music blends modern-western originals with covers of artists like Tyler Childers, The Beatles, Colter Wall, and Johnny Cash. Seth’s mesmerizing vocals, guitar, and suitcase kick drum, combined with Sara’s percussion and delicate harmonies, create a rootsy sound filled with love, humor, and heartbreak.

His teaching approach is personalized and adaptable, aiming to help students understand the rhythmic, harmonic, and melodic elements of music. Bruce’s performances blend elements of country, folk, and Americana, offering audiences a rich and engaging musical experience.

Ray Adams performs music of historical relevance to southern Appalachia at small venues and events in the Brevard area. He always has a lot of fun captivating his audiences with tasteful old mountain melodies and songs. Ray performs what many call “early” country music recorded from the late 1920’s through the 1950’s. When he performs here at Wine Down on February 21, our guests will enjoy simple meaningful songs originally sung by the Carter Family, Ola Belle Reed, Jimmie Rodgers, Jean Ritchey, the Wilburn Brothers, Molly O’Day and many others from days gone by.

Raphael Graves has been performing and recording music in Western North Carolina since 2008 and is known for his powerful rock-influenced vocals and genre-spanning versatility. His work ranges from tributes to artists like Pink Floyd and Jane’s Addiction to original music and award-winning projects recognized by Asheville’s MountainXpress as some of the region’s best. Despite being displaced from Asheville after Hurricane Helene in 2024, Raphael continues to perform across the Carolinas with a fully booked calendar and a reputation for engaging, unpredictable live shows.

As the daughter of Bobby Clancy of The Clancy Brothers, she began performing at folk festivals and clubs at a young age. After moving to the U.S., she toured with the renowned Celtic group Cherish the Ladies and recorded a Grammy-nominated album with the Boston Pops. Now based in Etowah, NC, Aoife performs a unique blend of Celtic, Americana, blues, and classic standards, accompanying herself on guitar and Irish drum.

Stacy Stevens & Kevin Sanders

Stacy Stevens and Kevin Sanders bring a rich blend of talent and experience to the stage. Stacy, originally from Chicago and Northern California, grew up performing in choirs, musicals, and dance productions before relocating to the Hendersonville/Brevard area, where she quickly became an active voice in the Asheville music scene. Kevin, a Nashville native, began playing piano at age eight and has been classically trained as well as immersed in jazz studies. Since moving to Brevard in 2020, he has performed with multiple local bands across genres including jazz, blues, funk, and folk. Together, Stacy and Kevin create dynamic performances that showcase soulful vocals, expressive piano, and a shared love of live music—making every appearance at Wine Down on Main a memorable one.

After moving to the US, she established herself as a music educator while performing in local cover bands. A lifelong nature lover, lately she’s been spending time in Western North Carolina, finding new inspiration in mountain life. Being a versatile musician, in her solo vocal and piano performance she embraces a variety of styles to share with her audience.

Purrbox is the husband and wife duo Anna and Will. The name comes from the vibration inside a happy cat’s vocal cords and that feel good energy carries through every performance. Married and making music together for over 13 years, the duo brings a fun, easygoing mix of styles that keeps the crowd engaged.
Their sets blend funk, pop, rock, reggae, country, bluegrass, and a few of Anna’s original songs. Purrbox plays regularly throughout the Treasure Coast of Florida and are also members of the band Souljam. You might hear favorites like Sister Golden Hair, Learning to Fly, Badfish, Dreams, Feathered Indians, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, A Pirate Looks at Forty, and more.
